Project Updates

Please find the latest update on works and construction within our growing Manzeene community below.

At the start of July, we saw Stage 9 & 10 registered for Titles with the majority of purchasers having successfully settled on their land. The sincerest congratulations to these purchasers, and the warmest welcome to being a part of the growing community at Manzeene Village. With over 130 purchasers in total across the two stages, it has been a tremendous feat from all relevant parties throughout the settlement process. The development team understands the climate in the current lending environment and continues to work closely with the remaining purchasers on the settlement of their lots.

We are excited to advise that Stage 11 & Stage 13 have both achieved Practical Completion. All essential services are currently undergoing testing and auditing by the relevant Authorities, the development team is working hard towards achieving Statement of Compliance towards the end of this week, with Title Registration estimated early to mid-August.

TIP. Please note that Stage 11 & Stage 13 currently have unrestricted access for purpose of valuation. We strongly recommend purchasers to get into contact with the respective conveyancer, financier & valuer in preparation for upcoming settlement. Due to the current climate, ensure to allow plenty of time for a smooth and hassle-free settlement process.

Road boxing, kerb & channels works have now commenced in Stage 8 & Stage 12 Sewer and Drainage works are progressing well and according to program schedule.

Construction of Stage 6 Park is now near completion with landscaping in the Stage 10 wetland areas due to commence in August. The development team is monitoring the construction progress closely and we can’t wait to bring further updates on the delivery of this natural green space for residents to enjoy.
