Congratulations to purchasers of Stage 6 and 8A!

Stage 6 titles have been registered with settlement having commenced from 20th December 2019.

We are pleased to confirm that Stage 8A essential services have been audited and accepted by the relevant Authorities with Statement of Compliance issued. The Plan of Subdivision has now been lodged at the Titles Office and we anticipate registration by January 2020. Settlement of your lot will then be 14 days from Title registration. If you have not already done so, we strongly encourage you to contact your financier and solicitor to ensure all necessary documentation is complete ahead of Settlement. Unrestricted access for valuation purposes will be available from Monday, 13th January 2020 onwards.

In Stage 4, road boxing is still underway, while the majority of sewer and drainage works are now complete in Stages 9A, 9B & 10, with electrical installation commenced and will continue in January.

Sewer and drainage works are progressing well in Stage 11 and 13. Water and gas main works have also begun this month.

Early earthworks have commenced in Stage 8B, 8C, 8D and 12, with plans to be approved soon.

Wetland and streetscape landscaping is now complete in Stage 5 & 7. As per the requirements of the City of Greater Geelong, nature strips are handed over to council once civil practical completion is achieved. As a result, residents are responsible for maintaining neat nature strips. This means regularly mowing the grass and trimming it back from the footpath, driveway and gutter. For those with a corner block, it includes the side nature strips as well as the front nature strip.
